认证标准：is 16046: 2012 sealed secondary cells/batteries

or other non-acid electrolyte for use in portable applications
测试项目：
1.
continuous low-rate charging：按制造商规定的方法充电28天
接受准则：no fire, no explosion, no leakage.
2.
vibration：模拟运输时引起的振动
接受准则：no fire, no explosion, no leakage.
3.
moulded case stress at high ambient temperature：当电池在高环境温度下使
用不能暴露内部组件
接受准则：no physical distortion of the battery case resulting in
exposure
of
internal components.
4.
temperature cycling：电池交替暴露在高温和低温中不能着火或爆炸
接受准则：no fire, no explosion, no leakage.5. incorrect installation
of a
cell
(nickel system only): 模拟当单芯电池使用在多芯使用情况下 的不正确安装，
须不引起着火或爆炸接受准则：no fire, no explosion.

external short circuit：短路正极和负极不能着火或爆炸
接受准则：no fire, no explosion.7. free fall：电池从1m高度跌落至地板不能着火
或爆炸

mechanical shock (crash hazard)：模拟运输或处理期间遇到的冲击，不能着火或
爆炸，或泄漏

thermal abuse：当电池在一个极高的温度（130度）下不能着火或爆炸
接受准则：no fire, no explosion.
10.
crushing of cells：给一个13kn的力对电池进行挤压，不能着火或爆炸

11.
low pressure：模拟在空运时遇到的低气压（11.6kp），不能着火或爆炸
接受准则：no fire, no explosion, no leakage.12. overcharge for nickel
systems： 以2.5倍客户推荐的充电电流对电池或电芯进行充电至250%额定容量，不能着
火或爆炸接受准则：no fire, no explosion.
13.
overcharge for lithium systems：按制造商给定充电方式进行较长时间充电，不
能着火或爆炸
接受准则：no fire, no explosion.
14.
forced discharge：含有多个电芯的器具中的单个电芯要承受极性反向，不能着火
或爆炸
接受准则：no fire, no explosion.
15.
cell protection against a high charging rate (lithium systems only)：
充电器发生故障或电芯并联的电池组中的电芯受到过大的充电电流，不能着火或爆炸
