1、本店接受的都是定制产品，情况比较特殊。所以请在下单前和客服充分的沟通，尽可能的详细描述产品的要求、所需的材料、所需的工艺，以及产品的用途等。充分的和客服沟通后再协商下单事宜。协商一致后经过卖家同意后再拍下商品付款。

2、交易流程：在买卖双方价格协商一致后→买家发cdr格式矢量图（或者ai矢量图）给卖家→卖家允许买家拍下协商一致的货款金额并付款→卖家生产→发货→买家收货确认货款。

3、关于图纸：如果是买家自行发稿件给卖家，请卖家确认图纸无误再发给卖家。若是卖家提供图纸设计或者排版，在正式生产前会发截图或者原文件给买家确认排版内容，经买家确认无误后才正式生产。因买家审核稿件的疏忽导致生产出来的产品再现错误，责任属于买家，定做产品一经开模或者制版就无法修改，若是制作中途买家提出修改所产生的费用由买承担。因此制作前的稿件，买家务必审核清楚，以免造成不必要的损失。

4、关于质量问题：本店定做的产品手工制作成分在80%以上。只要是手工产品就会产生误差。

定制的产品和显示器显示的图纸颜色有色差？因为每个人使用的显示器品牌不同均有色差，再加上印刷色彩与屏幕显示属两种不同的色彩概念，采用不同原理，所以印刷品色彩与屏幕显示色彩会有不一样，另外丝印产品和点漆产品都属于手工调墨，并且同一种油墨印刷在不同的材料上面所体现的色彩也是不同的。色彩是一个比较复杂的东西，如果您对色差要求比较高，最好寄色样给我们。

5、关于产品使用效果（用途）问题：因本店接受的都是定做产品，面对的是各行各业的买家，定做的产品使用在什么方面我们无从知晓，我们的责任是负责按照客户的图纸或者样品生产外观基本相同的产品。如果买家担心我们生产的产品无法使用，那么请选择先打样测试，确定产品可以使用的情况下再进行批量生产。经过打样的订单，默认为认可我们的生产工艺和质量。
