WNG-11(直形)玻璃温度计

一、结构与用途 structure and use
破璃温度计是根据感温液(水银或有机液体)热膨胀、冷收缩的原理制成的一种测温仪表，具有测量精度高，反应灵敏，质量稳定可靠的特点。电接点水银温度计能在工作温度达到或超过(低于)给定值时发出电信号，从而实现自动控制发讯或报警等功能。
      金属防护套温度计俗称为“金属套温度计”，是由玻璃内标式温度计外安装一个金属防护套．它可直接安装任锅炉或机械设备上,起安全抗压保作用，应用很广泛。
      金属套温度计有直型、90。角型、130。角型，测温范围-60℃～500℃，感温液体有水银和有液体两用。

内标式玻璃温度计可带金属保护套。该金属保护管的外形安装尺寸中，上体长度l，直形为265mm，角形为270mm。

结构与用途：
      v型玻璃温度计俗称为“船用温度计是由外标玻璃式温度计外装铜铝外壳，它可以直接使用在各种震动比较大的地方、以及机械上。还可以根据客户要求加工及开发。
structure and use:
      the v form glass thermometer is called namely sailing temperature is assembed by the glass thermometer and copper and aluminum shield, this thermometer can be used in all kind of vibrate situation, and machine, can explode for the customer needed.

双金属温度计套管及接头 bimetallic thermometer shield and joint
结构与用途：
      当工艺过程存在高压、高流速或腐蚀性的情况，双金属温度计本身的保护管不能适用于这样的条件时以及要求未装仪表前工艺管逋或设备为密封系统的场合，应温度计套管，以保证安全和正常操作。对于低压介质宜选用直形或锥形钻孔温度计套管；对于被测介质流速较高或要求温度计套管有高强度的场合，应选用锥形钻孔管式套管；对于要求减小阻力或咸水热响应时间的场合，可选用阶梯形温度计套管。
