3.3 电子皮带秤查找传感器步骤如下:
3.3 . 1 在接线盒内用数字万用表测蚤激励电源正(e + )和激励电源负(e一)间电阻值,其电阻值大约为4 20欧姆/传感器数.
3. 3 . 2 逐次断开传感器,用上一步的方法测量正负激励端或正负输出端间的电阻值,看与合格证的电阻值是否相符,查出损坏的传感器。当然也可按下一步查找。
3. 3 .3 将1 / (n一1)最大称量的祛码依次放在称量斗的各个承重点上,如果发现哪个承重点的示值不正确,则表明该处的传感器有间题,应进行更换。其中n表示传感器的个.

pl c输出指示灯是否点亮。如果未点亮,重复检查项目5.1.2中的内容.手动工作状态下,按动细给料按键,检查中间继电器和交流接触器是否动作。如果未动作,断开控制柜电源用万用表检查中间继电器和交流接触器是否损坏,更换损坏的元器件。
