东莞欧典电子有限公司是瑞典SWEDX公司于2002年投资于中国东莞的外商独资企业。东莞欧典电子有限公司引进欧洲先进高科技设备及技术在东莞设立了工厂，从事木制液晶显示器，电视机及电脑周边设备的生产，该项目被东莞市对外经济贸易局授予中国国家鼓励类外商投资项目。
总公司瑞典SWEDX成立于1995年，是一家从事电子通讯产品的公司，连年获得瑞典政府颁发的AAA最高级信誉证书。SWEDX于2000年开始研究发展并生产用天然实木做外壳的液晶显示器，其指导思想是开创并发展完善独特的具有自然特性的人性化产品，来领导现代工业化产品的新潮流。
东莞欧典电子有限公司和瑞典SWEDX总公司于2002及2003年连续参加了在德国汉诺威尔、柏林及上海、瑞典斯德哥而摩等地举办的五个全球最大的CEBIT、IFA、NETWORKS TELECOM等国际知名展览会并取得了巨大的成功。随后在法国、德国、英国、荷兰、葡萄牙等国相继设立了代理机构。
SWEDX is a Swedish company which started its activities in 1995. In the year of 2000 we started the project of developing and manufacturing TFT-LCD monitors and TV with natural wood. We presented our new products in the CeBIT 2002 Fair in Hanover， Germany. The exhibition was a success and a huge interest for our products followed SWEDX’s head office is located in Sollentuna， north of Stockholm， Sweden and the company has its own production facility in Dongguan， China. The business concept: The concept of SWEDX is to create and develop unique products of natural character， optimal design and features. This is achieved by combining quality， performance，ergonomics and design. SWEDX aim is to bring more personal feelings， warm materials and natural colours into IT- world. Our products attract attention to both wood and clear Swedish design.
