Radiation Cross-Linked PE Field Joint Anticorrosion Coating Heat Shrink Shrinkable Tape for 3lpe Steel Pipeline
INTRODUCTION
Heat-Shrinkable Tape is composed of cross-linked polyethylene back and special heat melt adhesive.
The heat melt adhesive has good bonding with PE, steel pipe and Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE layer). When heating the sleeves, the PE back shrinks, the adhesive layer melts and closely wraps around pipe joints.
It can form together with Non-solvent two component epoxy primer a firm and continuous 3-layer anti-corrosion body. It is resistant to corrosion, wear, impact, UV and aging, and is easy to be applied.
Our company has been working on pipe corrosion protection materials for 18 years. We use high-quality raw materials for the production of Heat Shrink Tapes, which can provide superior corrosion protection for the pipes and pipeline joints.
APPLICATION AREAS
The Heat-Shrinkable Tape is mainly used for pipeline corrosion protection, sealing and corrosion protection of pipeline joints, pipes repairing.
For example Oil and gas pipelines, Pre-insulated pipes, water transmission pipelines.
