The Chevron conveyor belt is composed of a belt body and a pattern portion. Due to the difference in the material to be conveyed and the inclination of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern are required to be different. When conveying decline angle is relatively big, the materials on common belt is easily slippery, in this case, Chevron pattern Conveyor Belt should be selected. It is characterized by thin body, high strength, impact resistance, good performance, high adhesion strength between layers, excellent flexibilityt and long service life. It is suitable for conveying coal, mineral sand, crops etc. materials and also ball type materials.
Our rubber Conveyor Belt is made with EP fabric plies. The top and bottom are provided with abrasion resistant rubber covers, we could offer belt with cover grade in accordance to International standard such as DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc.
