Usage and Features of Carding machine
Carding machine is mainly used in Non-woven production line and cannot work alone.They can convent the fleeciness textile fiber into Acupuncture cotton,high-density and high-spring such as Thermal insulation blanket,Greenhouses quilt raw materials,Shoes materials,Mattresses,Sofa cushion,Car mats,Chemical products and Non-woven fabrics for engineering etc,through Carding process,Spreading process,Acupuncture process,Strengthening process.
Suitable for: chemical fiber, such as PET, PP specification: 1.5 ~ 6 d length of 31 ~ 51 mm polyester staple fiber and ES low melting point fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, etc
Application:The machine is suitable to card the chemical fiber and blended fiber after opening to be evenly distributed fiber network and used for the next processThe machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double-doffer double-random (clutter)roller delivery, double-roller stripping cotton, with strong carding ability and high production. All cylinders of the machine are modulated and qualitatively processed and then precision machined. Radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm. The feed roller is paired with the upper and the lower two groups, frequency control, independent transmission, and equipped with metal detection device, with the function of self-stop alarm reversing.
