Introduction
1.The main structure body is analyzed by finite element. The machine base, column, spindle box, cross slide table and work table are made of high quality precision casting. After secondary aging treatment, the stability of long-term processing can be ensured.
2.The VM-420 spindle is equipped with a Taiwan spindle unit with a maximum speed of 8000 rpm.
3.X Y two axes adopt imported wire rail, Z axis adopts hard rail, which increases support stiffness and machining precision. The triaxial lead screws are pre-stretched to prevent heat distortion during high-speed operation and ensure accuracy.
4.Adopt Taiwan precision screw, Taiwan surplus tin lock nut, screw bearing adopts Japan NSK bearing, with flexible coupling directly connected, small backlash, sensitive transmission, high precision and so on.
5.Each transmission shaft spacing adopts high-precision auroral interferometer to perform fine compensation of pitch error and gap error, which makes the positioning accuracy of each axis more accurate, and is more suitable for machining high-precision parts.
6.The electric cabinet is equipped with air conditioning system and exchanger (optional air conditioning). The cooling capacity ensures that the machine works normally during the high temperature season and prolongs the life of the machine.
7.Lubricate the moving parts such as guide rails and lead screws with automatic quantitative gap centralized lubrication device.
8.The front sliding door and the door glass are made of thick clamped tempered glass to improve safety.
