Product Description
The LGB dry screw vacuum pump is a working chamber composed of parallel spiral rotors and a pump body. Multiple sealed chambers are formed between the two rotors and the pump body. When the rotors rotate synchronously at high speed in the pump housing through a synchronous gear, they push the gas in each sealed chamber from the inlet end to the exhaust end, producing suction and exhaust. There is no medium in the working chamber, and water sealing or oil lubrication is no longer used. A clean vacuum can be obtained, which can extract condensable gases and gases with a small amount of dust. The ultimate vacuum is high, the power consumption is low, and energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved. It is highly advantageous in the semiconductor and electronic industries that require oil-free and clean vacuum environments, as well as in the solvent recovery process in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Screw vacuum pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, electrical, lithium battery, photovoltaic, industrial furnaces, aerospace, vacuum coating, metallurgy, and drying.
Feature--There is no oil in the pump chamber, which does not pollute the vacuum system, improves product quality, solves the problems of oil emulsification and frequent replacement of working fluid, maintenance and upkeep, and saves usage costs· A single pump can reach 5pa, and can be connected in series with Roots pumps,
molecular pumps, etc. to form an oil-free unit with higher vacuum degree.
--The vacuum degree and pumping rate are not affected by water temperature and ambient temperature, and the performance is stable.
--The pump chamber, screw rotor and other overcurrent components can
be coated with nickel phosphorus and infiltrated with Hastelloy alloy, which
can remove corrosive media and is particularly suitable for product distillation, drying, degassing, etc. in chemical and pharmaceutical processes.
--The extracted gas is directly discharged from the pump body
without environmental pressure, making gas solvent recovery more convenient.
--Easy to clean. When dirt enters the pump chamber and needs to be cleaned, simply open the pump's suction and exhaust ports. After starting the pump, add an appropriate amount of water or cleaning agent from the pump's suction port to clean the pump without disassembling the entire pump.
