Product introduction:
Automatic Bridge Saw for cutting granite marble and other stones.
The machine is a popular bridge saw that widely used in trimming and fabricating slab, tile, countertops, etc. It is able to cut 3200mm length and 2000mm width and 175mm thick (126"×78" ×7").
The laser guide and sensors gives high accuracy for the machining tolerance.
The blade travels on the beam and it also provides power tilting 0 - 45 degree for mitre edge trim. The table turns 0 - 360 degree automatically and it also tilts 0 - 85 degree hydraulic for easy load and unload of the material.
This monobloc bridge saw machine is computer control and able to program for up to 99 repeat cuts automatically and also capable of manual operation.
The mechanical body is made of very strong cast iron for stability and long lifetime. It also provides covered oil bath for the movements of bridge rails.
Also all the functions are operated on the control panel that make it very user friendly
