Product Description
The Three-roll symmetrical hydraulic plate rolling machine has superior performance, compact structure and convenient operation.The upper roll lifting and overturning devices are driven by hydraulic pressure, and the main drive is driven by the motor through the triangle belt transmission reducer to drive the two lower rollers. The rolling flexibility is good. The upper roll lifting adopts displacement sensor to detect the digital display table, which can directly observe the upper roll working displacement to improve product efficiency and product quality.

Major Component
1, Upper roll lifting device
Double cylinder direct drive, its maximum working pressure is 18.5mpa.The upper roller is equipped with rolling bearings and bearing seats at both ends, and the piston rod moves up and down through the bearings and along the vertical guide rail of the support. The bearing seats at both ends are equipped with displacement sensors to detect the lifting positions of the upper roller at both ends, which are displayed by digital display table.
The upper roller adopts drum-shaped roller to adjust with the supporting roller to improve the accuracy of products.
2, Lower roll drive device
The power of the lower roll driving motor is transmitted to a three-level gear reducer with hard tooth surface through the triangle belt. The hard tooth surface reducer drives the lower roll gear to rotate the lower roll through the output shaft gear, and the lower roll brake is hydraulically locked by the reducer shaft.
3, Tipping device
Tipping device is a hydraulic cylinder, according to the connecting rod mechanism to drive the overturned side of the upper roller bearing seat, the bearing seat overturned or closed, the cylinder power from the hydraulic power station.
4, Upper roll balancing device
The upper roll is raised to the highest position, and the upper roll tail is pressed by the balance beam at the tail of the upper roll, so that the upper roll is in balance through the bearing seat and the balance beam, which is easy to overturn and close the bearing seat.When the upper roll rises to the highest position, it can be detected by the travel switch.
5, Base plate
Adopts welded closed frame chassis, which has good bending and torsion resistance, large moment of inertia, and is convenient for machine installation and handling.
6, Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is composed of gear pump, valve set, auxiliary fittings and so on.
7, Electrical control system
The electronic control system of the equipment consists of an electric control cabinet and a hand-held button box.Main switch has short circuit protection and main motor overload protection function.
