CK61125 heavy-duty CNC lathe is one of the leading products of our company's CNC machine tools. The spindle of this product adopts a large-diameter design, the bed has good rigidity and a compact structure.
1. High-rigidity bed
The bed of the CK61125 heavy-duty machine tool is made of high-quality cast iron, with a reasonable internal rib layout. The bed adopts an integral type, the guide rail is 755mm wide, and has good rigidity. The sliding guide rail adopts medium-frequency quenching, with a deep hardening layer and a hardness of more than HRC50°. The joint surface between the slide plate and the bed is plastic-coated.
2. Introduction to the main transmission
The spindle of this series of machine tools is manually shifted (4 gears) (frequency conversion), the spindle speed range is (I gear 15-50 II gear 40-125 III gear 80-200 IV gear 150-315 stepless speed regulation), large torque and good reliability.
3. Feed system
The Z-axis feed system of the machine tool adopts the transmission method of the servo motor driving the ball screw, and the X-axis feed system adopts the transmission method of the servo motor directly driving the ball screw through the coupling.
4. CNC system and servo drive system
