7. Production Scheduling
Full-scale production begins upon deposit receipt. CNC milling machines usually complete within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are done within 15 days.
8. Packaging
We highly recommend wooden box packing to safeguard against transit damage.
9. Acceptance Check Upon receiving the goods, thoroughly inspect for any package damage, leaks, discrepancies in product quantity and accessories, and overall machine condition. If issues arise, photograph them and contact us right away.
10. Warranty Period
We offer a one-year warranty. Free components are provided the first year if damage is not intentional. We also provide lifetime maintenance. Post-warranty, customers cover component and shipping costs.
On-site debugging and training are available at the customer's cost. This includes covering airfare between China and the customer's location, plus providing complimentary accommodation and meals.
The 12-month warranty starts when the machine arrives. If issues occur, our engineers will visit your factory within 24 hours. We provide ongoing maintenance even after the warranty expires. Each CNC machine comes with comprehensive English instructions, including maintenance and operation manuals.
