Easy to Make It Work: Separate the dolphin into 2 parts (body and tail) by turning it anticlockwise, then remove the screws in the battery compartment. Put 2 AA batteries (not included) in the compartment and turn on the on/ off switch. Put it in the water after recoonecting the separating 2 parts.
