■ Working principle of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump (magnetic pump for short) is a chemical process pump that uses modern magnetic mechanics principle and permanent magnet to realize non-contact indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line through the magnetic field passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. The medium is completely enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping the medium without leakage, completely solve the leakage of the shaft seal of the mechanical drive pump, and it is a new industrial pump with full sealing, no leakage, and no pollution.
The magnetic pump is an ideal pump to eliminate the phenomena of running, emitting, dripping and leaking in the chemical process, eliminate environmental pollution, create "leak free workshop" and "leak free factory", and realize safe and civilized production.
■ Structural features of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
