In the actual application of roller mixers, most customers use them primarily for mixing, while some have dual needs for both mixing and mixing extraction. The extraction process mainly relies on the friction and adsorption of the magnetic rod during the rolling motion of the bottle.
Through over ten years of producing and providing after-sales service for roller mixers, we have found that most customers tend to replace their machines every 3 to 4 years. The main reason for replacement is the rusting of the machine body, screws, and circuit boards due to prolonged exposure to industrial acidic and alkaline environments, rather than issues with the machine's operation itself.
Based on customer feedback and improvements in our manufacturing processes, we launched the TR series stainless steel roller mixer at the beginning of 2024. In August, we upgraded all series of roller mixers, making the machine bodies entirely from stainless steel, with speeds reaching up to 1000 RPM. This upgrade has received great approval from our customers.
