Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) flooring, also known as anti-static flooring, or static control flooring, comes with permanent anti-static performance (static-dissipative or conductive) and protects electronics from damage caused by static electricity.
The ESD flooring tiles are of high density, homogeneous, and non-porous natural organic tile visual. They're manufactured by an extrusion process, mixing and pressing the 100% virgin PVC granules with carbon (graphite) fibers, calcium carbonates, DOPT plasticizer, Titanium dioxide white paint, etc. under proper pressure and temperature. Conductive elements are distributed throughout the flooring material (homogeneous), Thus they give ESD floors electrical conductivity, create an electrical pathway from the walking surface to the ground, and guarantee a permanent ESD performance.
ESD vinyl flooring tiles are the choice of professionals for controlling electrostatic discharge in clean rooms, electronics manufacturing, computer rooms, repair facilities, or anywhere static-sensitive components are being used or manufactured.

Tips
1. Blend materials from several cartons to ensure consistent appearance and color or shade variation.
2. Material is directionally sensitive; shading will occur if directional markings are not followed.
If material is installed with the directional arrows in different directions, it can be corrected utilizing restoration maintenance procedures.
3. Easily buffs to a shine, no finishes required, and resists the effects of common chemicals and solder.
4. The anti-static PVC floor tile is designed, manufactured, and tested to perform at constant temperatures, not fluctuating more than 10° from normal selected service temperatures from the allowable 65° F (19° C) - 85° F (30° C) range.
5. This static conductive ESD vinyl tile is designed for service within ambient relative humidity between 40% and 60%.
