Kettle Body Part
1.Electrochemical reactor effective volume: 25ml (built-in with two working electrodes and one PTFE liner); one set of 316L high pressure reactor.
2.Design pressure: 40Mpa; working pressure: ≤30Mpa; (can be customized according to customer requirements)
3.Design temperature: ≤300ºC; working temperature: ≤250ºC; (can be customized according to customer's requirements)
4.The kettle is equipped with multi-functional air inlet, air outlet, feed, electrode replacement fixture, etc.
5.Electrochemical reactor with online sampling function.
6.TKA adjustable intelligent monitoring safety relief valve (safety relief accuracy ±0.1Mpa).
Heating and Stirring
1.Magnetic speed: 0-2500 rpm (digital display adjustable accuracy ±1) with 0-9999 minutes timing function.
2.Sealing method: magnetic seal plus metal hard seal (magnetic static seal effectively ensures zero gas leakage)
3.Heating method: 800W ceramic electric heating
4.Stirring form: magnetic stirring, driving power 60 watts.
Control Part
1.Temperature control: PID control temperature control (digital display), temperature control accuracy ±1. with timing function.
2.Rotational speed control: 0-2500 rpm (digital display), accuracy ±1/min.
3.Time control: 0-9999 minutes (can work timer setting)
4.Safety control: the whole machine with power failure start/stop protection function. (Experimental data can be automatically repaired record)
