01:PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product Principle
Particle board making machine for making particle board, the full line mainly includes:
Wood chipper/crusher → Flaking → Drying → Screening → Gluing → Forming → Continuous pressing → Hot pressing → Cooling → Sanding → Sizing -Packing.
Step1: Drum chipper for crushing wood and barks and trunks into the certaine size chips;
Step2: Flaking machine for make the small chips into wood strands;
Step3: Drying machine for drying the wet wood strands;
Step4: Vibrating screen for screening big wood strands, suitable strands, and chips;
Step5: Gluing machine for make glue on wood strands and evenly distributed;
Step6: Forming line for uniform distribution of the flakes both lengthwise and crosswise as well as the layer formation of top and middle layer flakes over the cross section of the panel
Step7: Continuous press machine for pre-press particleboard, and make it in a certaine initial strength;Hot press for press particleboard in a high pressure and heating temperature
Step8: Sanding machine for sanding particleboard surface, and make its surface smooth and thickness accurate;

03:PRODUCT DETAILS
Rotary drum dryer, for drying the wet wood strands/shavings, because their original moisture is high, it is not suitable for making particleboard, therefore, after be dryed by drum dryer, their end moisture will be about 2%, it is suitable and good for making particle board.
Glue blender, For spreading glue on wood strands, seperately spreading glue on surface strands and core strands
Mat forming machine, for spreading glue on wood strands, seperately spreading glue on surface strands and core strands
Continuous pre press machine, for pre pressing the particle board and make it be forming, also discharge inside air.
Multi opening hot press machine, for pressing the particleboard be in required thickness and be solid and strong.
