APPLICATION INDUSTRY:
This machine is mainly used for processing holes on H-beam, channel beam with high speed, the positioning, feeding of three spindles are all driven by servo motor. It adopts spindle servo motor, controls by CNC system, and in-feeding by CNC carriage, high efficiency, and high precision; and it is wildly used in construction, bridge and other industries.
PRODUCT FEATURES:

The whole machine is optimized integrated design, with high quality machine body and drilling units, which ensure high stability and high rigidity when high speed drilling. This machine is mainly composed of main machine, CNC sliding table (3), drilling spindle box (3), clamping device, detection device, cooling system, scrap box, hydraulic station, lubrication system, Tool Magazine(optional), marking unit (optional). There are six CNC axes on the three sliding tables, including three feeding CNC axes and three positioning CNC axes. Each CNC axle is guided by precise linear rolling guide, driven by AC servo motor and ball screw, which ensures positioning accuracy. The workpiece is fixed by hydraulic clamping method. The machine is fed by a NC carriage. The NC carriage is decelerated by the servo motor through the reducer and then passes through the gear rack to driven a laser alignment device. When the workpiece is fed in, the workpiece can be detected and then fed back to realize the precise positioning of the workpiece. Machine equips with auto lubrication system, automatic pump the lubrication oil into and do fully lubrication for each and every part of linear guide, ball screw nuts and every rolling bearings etc at regular time, no need manual lubrication, increase the parts life and save time. All the lubrication pump and units are using famous brands. Tool Magazine(optional): Installed 3 inline type tool magazine, which realize the automatic tool change, also meet the demand of drilling multiple diameter's hole. Oil spray and air spray cooling, has inner cooling and outer cooling efficacy. Marking unit (optional): The marking unit adopts the disc typing structure, 0-9, A-Z, 36 characters are distributed on the disc, and the position is selected by the servo motor. 1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL ONE MACHINE?The machine can be installed and operational in your facility about 5 days after receiving the machine. The machine is simple to install and most of the work is done by the customer prior to the service technician arriving at the customer's facility.
The machine arrives by standard container. You, the client, are responsible for offloading the YIKE machine from the transport truck and setting up the machine in his facility.
2. WHAT TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR YIKE MACHINE?
Once you have notified YIKE that the foundation work has been completed, and you have faxed or mailed the Installation Readiness to YIKE, then the YIKE service technician will travel to your facility and do the final setup and calibration of your machine, and then spend time with your operators taking them through our simple yet thorough training program.
Your operators will receive training in: Machine setup and adjustment Machine maintenance and lubrication Fault finding and troubleshooting Programming of parts Importing of parts How to change the spare parts, like the punches and dies, the drill bits.
3. WHAT SOFTWARE TRAINING DO I RECEIVE?
The YIKE CNC MACHINES uses the industry standard PLC modules, so it is very easy to input some values into the machine software and send all parameters to PLC. If you are using some lofting software such as TEKLA, X-STEEL, or your AUTOCAD drawings, so long as it can be opened in txt format, our machine can convert the data into suitable machine data automatically. Our installation technician will show you how easy it is to program parts into the YIKE machines, both at the machine and offline in your office.
4. Can your machine or other products be customized?
