In the fourth step, the strip blank after longitudinal cutting passes through the market positioning conveyor, and after the horizontal fixed-length cutting of the enterprise is completed by the system automatic cross-cutting palletizer, it is sucked up by the forming suction cup, bent and formed, and put into different molds.
After the continuous work of the four-station automatic trimming, stacking and demoulding machine integrated machine, the products are continuously stacked, one mold and one tile until a stack of 120-150 tiles.
The fifth step is to put the shingles into the closed health care warehouse lounge. After normal rest for 8-12 hours, you can enter the cement curing production line for demoulding. Generally, 150 tiles are demoulded in piles and enter the finished warehouse cement. Continue to cure health care for three days after normal sales.
