This line is mainly use for processing flax fiber, hemp fiber, jute fiber, banana fiber, agro fiber, pinapple fiber and other natural fiber. We can make it into cottonized fiber use for spinning, and also can only cleaning it, to removed the hurd and impurities.

The processing capacity is from 150kg/h to 300kg/h/line, depend on customer's requiremtns,output capacity according to different materials.

This customer use 2 set opening machine and one set beater cleaner to opening the long raw flax materials and removed the hurd, leaves and other impurties. In the line we don't use cutting machine, only the raw materials length not longer than 70-80cm. In this ways, the production of short fiber can be reduced.
After that, use cleaning machine to processing it into cottonized fiber, use for spinning.
