The large integrated wood crusher (rotary crusher) is developed by introducing the advanced technology from home and abroad. The main type of wood integrated crusher is JP3000 and JP3600. The main structure of the crusher is frame, shell, power system, hydraulic system, electrical system, rotary material bin,the rotor, blades, and the feed inlet and discharge port. The rotor is driven by the driving device, and the rotor is positioned below the rotary material bin, and the feed inlet is relatively biased with the center of the hopper.
Working principle of Large Integrated Wood Crusher
When the integrated wood crusher (rotary crusher) works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. At the same time, the feed hopper is also rotated by the motor, and the material is put into the hopper by the machine. While the hopper is rotated, the material on the inner wall of will be put the materials evenly on the rotor and rotate at a high speed. The material comes across the blades on the rotor and will be cut and tear to realize the initial crushing, after the first crushing,the material will down to the screen mesh in the crusher chamber under its self gravity and the impact force from the rotor. Then the material that meets the requirements will be discharged through the screen, and the other failure to meet the requirements will begin the second or third crushing process, until all of the materials meet the requirements.
