Belt conveyor

Available in both light and heavy-duty variations, our belt conveyors utilize a gearbox motor and are equipped with side walls to prevent material spillage. They offer the option for installing a metal detector, enhancing operational efficiency.
Shredder Ideal for processing large raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, the shredder performs preliminary grinding followed by secondary crushing for thorough refinement. Final material sizes below 12mm ensure superior cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders varying in capacity and functionality to cater to customer needs.
Crusher
The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes while simultaneously cleaning and cooling the blades with water. By breaking down large materials into smaller pieces, it enhances washing results and facilitates convenient packaging of the final product.
Frication Washer Engineered for high-speed washing, the friction washer efficiently removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Following the friction washer, materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.
Floating tank
This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials, utilizing washing wheels designed for optimal functionality and speed, managed via inverter control. Equipped with a magnetic valve at the bottom for timely dirt discharge, constructed from stainless steel.
Centrifugal Dryer The horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers exceptional drying of plastic flakes with high efficiency and minimal energy use. The self-cleaning grid mesh operates on a timer, providing dual washing and drying functions.
Hot air pipeline heating
Featuring a stainless steel construction, the pipeline supplies hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content.
