Horizontal Machining center performance characteristrics - The base adopts the popular inverted"T" type layout, and the overall structure is rigid. The whole stroke does not produce a subversive moment.
- The base casting is machined with high-precision five-sided gantry, which can complete five sided milling, drilling and tapping in one setup, reducing the clamping error and improving the machining accuracy.
- The lead screw adopts agroup of 60°angular contact ball bearings, double support and pre-stretching to ensure the transmission precision roller guide rail, which can withstand heavy load cutting and has good shock absorption.
- Adopt Taiwan high-precision spindle with spindle air curtain protection device to ensure stable spindle accuracy and long life.
- CNC rotary table, indexing table, exchange table optional.
The machine is a wall panel structure design, mainly composed of base, wall panel, slide, spindle box and other main components, and equipped with hydraulic system, cooling chip removal system, lubrication system and electrical system, improve the processing efficiency and machine utilization. The electrical system has five axis control and five axis linkage function.
