Turning center 106D
The horizontal turning center is not only good at traditional turning operations, but also integrates multiple processing functions such as drilling, boring, milling and tapping. One device can complete multiple processes, greatly reducing the number of workpiece transfers and improving production efficiency. The use of advanced servo control systems and precision guide rail design ensures that each processing can meet the micron-level accuracy requirements. Whether it is turning of complex contours or fine milling operations, it can be easily handled.
The overall casting bed structure has undergone strict heat treatment to ensure that the machine tool can still maintain stability and accuracy under long-term heavy-load processing. This provides users with higher processing reliability and longer service life.
