Machine Description
1. Using PLC and servo motors. Drive rolls, belts, fetching bags, position, infeed bags and sealing portion should be driven by servo motors. Product transfer, feeding, pushing, bag fetching, bag opening, trim collection are full automatic.
2. Sealing: Gusset format, heat sealing and sealing and sealing edge is straight and no burrs. (the part have own temperature control system.)
3. Central contral system of negative press, lower power consumption.
4. Automatic exclude fault bags without stop, air power contral system, Automatic error display alarm, Servo overload protection.
