Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Operating two factories with about 500 workers, spanning a total of 20,000 square meters of workshop space. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing expertise, we support both OEM & ODM orders. Our BSCI certification and competency certificate qualify us to produce Gore's COF & TOF products.2
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How can I determine the price?
Price is a critical factor for every customer. To provide a quote, we need detailed information including the style of clothing, fabric and accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, and the quantity of garments. These elements are key in determining the price.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
Typically, we accept L/C at sight and a 30% deposit, with 70% payment against a copy of the B/L. Additionally, we can accommodate D/A for 30 or 60 days, though customers need to bear a 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: What is your lead time?
Generally, our lead time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported. However, we are flexible and can adjust our production plan to accommodate urgent orders from our customers.
Q6: How to customize a sample ?
Feel free to reach out and share your detailed requirements, such as the fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, and color preferences. It will be even better if you can send us an existing sample; we will meticulously craft a sample in accordance with your specifications.
Q7: How long we can receive samples?
Generally speaking, for the proto sample we use substitute materials to check pattern and design, it takes around 10-15 days.For the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent samples, we prepare the correct materials in advance to ensure the complete effect, which takes around 10 days. Please note that sample lead time greatly depends on the quantity and complexity of the products.
Q8: How to charge sample?
The sample charge is twice the regular price. Please note that we have stringent sample control procedures and employ professional technicians and workers to ensure your samples are of the highest quality and effectiveness.
