The prime components of our Oturncnc High Precision Fanuc Controlled Vmc 3 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center-such as the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle-have undergone rigorous FEA finite element analysis. This meticulous analysis results in an optimized design with a lightweight yet high-rigidity mechanism. The proximity of the spindle center to the guide rail surface minimizes flipping torque, thereby enhancing processing stability. Manufactured using resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron, our machine undergoes a comprehensive heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Additionally, the contact surfaces are precisely hand-scraped to ensure the optimal structural rigidity. Our diverse product line features a highly elastic automated exchange head library and a versatile vertical and horizontal tool-changing system, delivering automated, efficient, and high-productivity performance. The modular spindle design accommodates various cutting characteristics to meet diverse machining needs. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, combining the rigidity of the hard rail with the fast movement and low wear of the linear slide rail, thus significantly increasing both rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system employs internationally renowned brand roller guide rails, offering exceptional rigidity and dynamic accuracy. The transmission utilizes Taiwan-made, large-diameter ground ball screws, known for their compact structure, smooth operation, low thermal elongation, and high precision. This combination creates a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle provides constant and reliable lubrication to the spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains long-term stable working conditions.
