This series lathes are suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces,other rotating surfaces,end surfaces,and can also process a variety of commonly used threads, such as metric, inch, modulus, diameter thread, as well as drilling, reaming, tapping, Broaching wirgrooves and other work it can process materials such as steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. When the machine tool is finished, the roundness error is not greater than 0.01mm,the cylindricity error is not greater than 0.04mm in the measurement length of 300mm; the surface roughness (Ra) is not greater than 25um.Main structural features:
1.The overall high-torsion horizontal bed is made of high-quality cast iron. The guide rail surface is processed by induction hardening precision, and the guide rail surface width is 600mm;
2.The guide rail pair composed of PTFE guide rail soft belt is wear-resistant, vibration-absorbing, and has good accuracy retention;
3.The main shaft adopts a three-support structure, which has high rigidity and high precision, and can be strongly cut. The main shaft through hole is a large through hole of 100mm:
4.The 18-levelwide speed range can choose a more reasonable speed;
5. Can turn metric and imperial threads directly;
6.The slide box has a fast moving mechanism.
