Application:
Suited to process pure cotton, color cotton and chemical fiber in length below 65mm, this machine is mainly used for finely mixing 2-6 different materials for blow-room&card production line. Function of machine is to precisely weight and feed materials according to proportion then to make even mixing to equal the each composition of materials in every unit weight so as to eliminate yarn chromatic difference, tenacity irregularity due to material uneven mixing.

Our Advantages
Application: This machine positioned at the beginning of the blow-room line, the automatic bale plucker, allows for suitable plucking of various grades of cotton, medium long chemical fiber and man-made fiber. Double set can be used in parallel, one grab the top fiber, another grab the bottom fiber or two grab the middle fiber at the same time. The grasping machine beater with reduced clearance moves with the trolley for sequential grabbing. The captured fiber bundles are pumped by the fan and sent to the next machine through the cotton delivery pipe.
