(1) This Wood CNC Router offers an expansive working size of: 1300x2500x200mm, and features a robust vacuum table powered by a 3 kW water-cooled spindle, utilizing a vacuum pump to hold molds securely on the table. This setup is exceptionally user-friendly, eliminating the need for additional material holders. Simply place the mold on the table, activate the vacuum pump, and start working. However, it may not effectively hold irregular or uneven molds, like 3D embossments. Ideal for high-volume production needs, this vacuum table CNC router significantly boosts efficiency and saves time and labor compared to aluminum profile wood CNC routers.
We customize the machine's water-cooled spindle power to meet customer requirements, offering options from 4.5 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, or larger. The 3 kW water-cooled spindle can cut and engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, and various other metal and non-metal materials. For cutting 30mm wood or MDF, we recommend the 4.5 kW water-cooled spindle. If you need to cut: 40mm thick wood or MDF, opt for the 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle for a one-pass cut. Higher power allows efficient cutting of thicker materials.
Spindles with 1.5 kW or 2.2 kW are excellent for engraving and can cut wood, MDF, and acrylic with multiple passes. These smaller power spindles are ideal for intricate engraving tasks.
(2) The aluminum profile woodworking machine excels at 3D embossment and handling irregular, uneven molds.
(3) This machine's cooling mode is: water-cooled spindle. We can also manufacture the machine with an air-cooled spindle. When selecting a machine, please specify your preferred cooling method or share your requirements, and our engineers will assist you in choosing the best option.
(4) This wood CNC router uses genuine Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rails for high precision and TBI ball screws.
