How are your products packaged for shipment?

We generally recommend EXW, FCA, or FOB. If you have other requirements such as CIF or DDU, please specify them when requesting a quote.

If the shipping terms involve us bearing the freight costs, such as CIF or DDU, since our quotes are usually based on sea freight rates, you will need to cover the additional costs for air freight.
How do you ensure after-sales service?
We have dedicated customer service representatives. If any issues arise with the products, they will be addressed within 12 hours.
Can your company provide free samples?
It depends on the value of the samples. If they are too expensive, we cannot provide them for free.
