BHD3020-3 FINCM Steel Structural Fabrication Bridge Beam CNC Drilling Milling Machine
It is mainly used for three-sided drilling of large-sized H-beam or box beam. The positioning and feeding of the three drilling spindle boxes are all driven by servo motors, controlled by FAGOR8070 numerical control system, and adopt the gantry moving method, with high efficiency and high precision, etc. Features, can be widely used in construction, bridges and other industries.
Machine advantages:
1.The machine tool is mainly composed of bed, longitudinal slide, column, vertical slide, drilling power head, numerical control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, spray cooling system and other parts.
2.The machine bed is placed horizontally and is divided into two parts: left and right. Each part is composed of three sections of the bed.
3.The machine tool table is included in the foundation and is made by the customer according to the basic drawing; the table does not need to use a continuous method, just distribute some support bars at equal intervals on the foundation for workpiece clamping.
4.The mobile gantry is composed of two uprights and one beam, all of which are welded by steel plates, and are artificially aged to eliminate internal stress.
5.The machine tool has three ram-type drilling power heads, namely left and right horizontal drilling power heads and vertical drilling power heads, to meet the requirements of drilling on three surfaces of the workpiece at the same time.
