The turret milling machine, also known as the rocker arm milling machine, offers unparalleled versatility. Featuring a compact structure and small size, this machine boasts high flexibility. The milling head can rotate 90 degrees in both directions and 45 degrees front and back, while the rocker arm extends telescopically and rotates 360 degrees on the horizontal plane. Composition and Build
Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the body of our universal radial milling machine ensures high precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform features rectangular guide rails with multiple contact surfaces and robust feet. After undergoing high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide is plastinated to deliver exceptional motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, made of chrome-molybdenum alloy with precision angular contact bearings, undergoes tempering and fine grinding processes to provide strong cutting force and high precision.
