The castings of this machine tool are all made of resin sand castings, integrated floor-standing whole bed, and after the second artificial aging treatment, good stability, high strength, stable and reliable precision.
The guide rail of this machine tool is quenched by ultra-audio quenching and then processed by precision grinding, with good precision and accuracy retention.
The machine adopts enlarged drag plate, which makes the rigidity of the drag plate more excellent and the cutting more stable and powerful.
The machine adopts gear spindle structure, through hole ¢105mm, good rigidity. It is equipped with high-precision domestic or imported bearings.
The spindle of this machine has been dynamically balanced, and the finish of the parts has been significantly improved.
The spindle of this machine tool is selected, the important parts have been strengthened treatment, using well-known brand P4 grade spindle bearings and independent oil pump for oil lubrication, the whole set of spindles assembled under constant temperature conditions, are required to pass the computer level calibration and run-in test, so as to make the whole set of spindles have a long service life and high reliability.
The ball screws of X/Z axis transmission of this machine tool adopt P4 grade nut preloaded ball screws provided by professional manufacturers, and the bearings at both ends of the ball screws adopt P4 grade 60°contact angle paired combinations of ball screw bearings, and the ball screws of both axes are pre-tensioned, and are connected to the feed servo motors with flexible couplings, resulting in strong rigidity of the transmission and stable and reliable precision.
The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts automatic centralised oil lubrication system, which can ensure that any lubrication part can be fully lubricated.
