Pile Hammer How to Work?
The vibrating pile hammer utilizes high-frequency vibrations to transmit vertical motion to the pile body, which disrupts the soil structure around the pile, reducing its strength. The surrounding soil becomes liquefied, lowering the frictional resistance between the pile's sides and the soil. The pile is then driven into the ground using the excavator's downforce, the vibrating pile hammer, and the pile's weight.
