Product Description Ausim Pallet Conveyor use chain as carrier to convey materials with high transmission capacity.
Mainly used to transport pallets, large turnover box etc. also can be used as assembly lines or transmission for material storage. Chain Pallet Conveyor is usually used together with lifter, curve conveyor, pallet collection machine to form completed set of logistic transmission system, so that can finish product from raw materials to the production, assembly, finished product storage and delivery etc.
Characteristics
Chain Pallet Conveyor frame use aluminum or carton steel, with feature of simple structure, easy maintenance, low consumption and low cost. Chain conveyor conveying goods in pallet types ,is composed of frame assembly, drive assembly, support, chain and guard rail assembly etc. Motor on drive frame drives chain on both sides by drive shaft assembly. Chain is running along the tracking on frame. There is chain tensioning unit on drive frame. Steel or aluminum is available for frame material. Standard chain conveyor uses 10B-2 double row straight chain. Select formed steel for standard guard rail. In special cases, it can be special guard rail according to working condition requirements. Support uses welded or bolted support. Adjustable foot is mounted at the bottom for height adjustment within the range of ±30mm. Distance between supports is determined by working condition, usually it is between 800-1500mm.
