This Single Shaft Shredder is designed and applicable to intractable, hard and irregular enginerring plastics such as thick pipes, lumps from extruder, package barrels, buckets, trays,ruber, wood, etc. Working with medium speed and tenderly, low noise, low power consumption.
Rotary knife designed symmetrically, can be exchanged four times for use, which prolong use long life span. When push materials by hydraulic, can select speed and presure freely according to different materials load. It is with low labor strength, safe& reliable operation. The discharge size can be controlled by the screen and various feeding hoppers can be provided according to customer needs.

Knife DC53 material was used for moving tool, Cr12Mov material was used for fixing tool, and the hardness reached HRC59±1.The design uses split bearing seat technology, which allows quick and effective blade replacement.
Screen interchangeability is strong, easy to replace.
Hydraulic system The guide bar and guide block in the pusher box can be replaced andd adjusted to maintain the smooth pusher and sealing of the crushing bin.Two speed hydraulic system, air cooling device is standard.
