The PE Film Laminated Spunbond and Melt-blown non woven, use polypropylene and PE film as raw material, composed of PP spunbond and Melt-blown nonwoven, reinforced by heat sealing and hydrophilic treated, finally with PE film laminated.
Bottom PE Film can be transparent,white or blue color, top PP nonwoven can be light blue and dark blue,widely used as supper absorbent material reinforced part for surgical drape. Features:
PE films are waterproof can effectively avoid leakage.The composite materials can effectively cut off blood,body fluids, alcohol and bacteria to penetrate, superfine fiber structure at the same time guaranteeing sweat steam through smoothly, upper and lower layer of polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven material with high strength and wear resistance, and its structure ensure generating fiber pile, the requirements of clean environment is beneficial to surgery
