It adopts three-synchronous compound feeding system: needle, feed dog and presser foot cross lifting structure, which ensures that the upper layer and the lower layer don't shift under any stitch length within the rated scope when sewing lubricating material, viscous material and extra long products, and make the sewing product neat with beautiful stitch. The presser foot lifting height can reach 25mm, with differential presser foot alternation reaching 10mm, which ensures the steady and continuous feed o the presser foot when the fabric thickness changes such as at the start of the lapped seam or at cross seam.
This machine adopts (JUKI)TSC-243 extra large semi rotary shuttle hook to increase the thread capacity and reduce the times of thread change, thus improving the working efficiency. The bobbin winding device is at the upper part of the machine, so thread winding is easy and convenient. It can use extra thick thread (1300D/3,V415,T-400 or 1.4mm hollow thread/ornamental thread) to meet the requirement of various thick thread ornamental stitching. It is equipped with precise bobbin thread and top thread balancing device, which can ensure even and smooth stitching even when using extra tick ornamental thread to sew thin leather. Its advantage becomes more obvious in the pro-stitch of sewing of high-grade sofa cover and car seat cushion sets.
