CE 2000L PLC Control Stainless Steel Jacketed Heating High Pressure Reactor Used For Chemical Industry
Reactor Tank is specially designed equipment with agitator and gearbox with flameproof electrical motor. Agitator is used for proper mixing, eddy formation, Vortex formation as per requirement. Agitator types are decided based on process requirement.
Reactor Tank jacket is used for maintaining reaction conditions by providing utilities like steam, chilled water, cooling water, chilled brine and hot water. Solids are charged into reactor through Manhole/ Nozzles manually and liquids are charged in to reactor by liquid transfer pipelines connected to reactor or manually through manhole.
Reactor Tank Solution or slurry is discharged from the reactor by nitrogen pressure or by pump, through bottom discharge valve.
Reactor system including reaction tank ,condenser ,sub-cooler ,collection tank and pipeline.

Reactor Tank System Advantages
Volume we can produce from 20L ---20000L. Material we can use SS304 and SS316L,SS2205 ,TA2,Glasslined ,F40 coated SS etc. it can used in single layer or double jacket layers. Jacket can be used different type : single full jacket ,limpet coil jacket and dimple type jacket or inside coil type . Jacket can be used for heating and cooling . Heating medium: steam ,thermal oil ,hot water ,electrical etc . agitator type : propeller type ,anchor type ,high shear emulsify type and scraper type etc. Insulation material can use mineral wool ,rock wool ,PUF etc. Tank can be equipped with manhole ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter level sensor ,temperature sensor ,pressure sensor ,load cell ,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve,sampling valve etc. Tank can be CIP/SIP online. control panel :PLC /HMI automatic control or common button control . inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um.
