Main Features:
Pure electric servo CNC press brake carefully developed with German technology,compared with
the traditional electro hydraulic model has 4 advantages:
1. Energy saving, a month of electricity consumption is a quarter of the ordinary hydraulic press brake.
2. Environmental protection, this pure electric press brake does not use hydraulic oil, there is no
oil leakage, which makes the workshop more clean and environmental protection.
3. High efficiency, this press brake is controlled by servo motor and screw, so that the control of
the whole cycle is double the efficiency of the hydraulic press brake.
4. Accurate, pure electric servo press brake mainly relies on servo motor and screw rotation, so
that the slider moves up and down, long term work, its positioning accuracy can still remain accurate.
Main structure and working principle of machine tool:
The machine is mainly composed of frame, slide block, back stop structure, control system and mold.
1. Frame: All steel welded structure, with sufficient strength and rigidity,and through finite element
analysis to simulate real load conditions to achieve the required load conditions.After welding,
annealing treatment is used to eliminate the residual welding stress of the frame.
2. Slider: The machine adopts eccentric shaft guide slider structure, the overall structure is simple,
convenient debugging and maintenance.
3. Control system: using CNC bending system, this system is independently developed, flexible
operation, simple, no skilled operator can operate, simple program production,fast, do not need to
enter the mold information in advance to process,data modification and execution on the same
screen, saving time, simplifying operations,The relative position of each axis is used to record t
he origin, without the trouble of the origin disappearing and resetting.
4. Mold: This part is composed of two parts: upper mold component and lower mold component.
The upper mold is mounted on the slide and fixed by a splint,The lower mode can be used in
various forms such as single V, double V and multi-V.Molds can be segmented or customized
according to user requirements.
