This water cutting abrasive sand removal system of WAMIT is patent equipment specially researched and developed for removing waste sand of water cutting. It realizes sand removing based on the principle of rotational flow by taking pneumatic diaphragm pump as power supply. It breaks through the difficulties of traditional waste sand removal equipment, and, with incomparable advantages, becomes the most effective, most convenient and simplest water cutting desanding system in the world. 1) The normal operation of water jet cutter cannot be affected by desanding. The desanding equipment can put the suction cutter into the water tank of water jet cutter to remove sand when the water jet cutter is operating. The normal operation of water jet cutter cannot be affected during desanding. The equipment is completely free from the inconvenience of traditional desanding that the water in water tank must be drained, and then water tank shall be filled again after sand removing, which wins precious time for normal work. 2) Simple operation, thorough sand removal and fast speed. It only takes about 60 minutes to remove all sand in the tank. 3) High capacity. The diameter of the equipment is 630 (720) mm; and its height can reach up to 2.1 M. It can remove 460(610)litres of sand a time. The water tank of 2 x3m, for example, can continue to be used after removing 3-4 cans of sand. 4) Thick steel plate and perfect hydraulic system. The tank of the equipment adopts steel pipe of 8mm, integrating advanced water sand separation system inside the tank. The base is made of steel plate of 20mm which is durable. There are plenty materials our water jet cutting machine can cut, such as stone, ceramic, quartz, glass, foam, plastic, rubber, copper, brass, aluminum, mild steel, pre-hardened steel, titanium, inconel and cast alloy.
3. What's your CNC water jet cutting machine's max. cutting thickness?
Generally speaking, if cut steel the max thickness of our water jet cutting machine can be up to 240mm, but we suggest cut no more than 150mm for smooth cutting. Now our Z axis distance is 170mm, we can customize for customers. Regular thickness please refer to: Marble is 0-120mm; granite is 0-110mm; tiles are 0-40mm; glass and mosaic is 0-80mm; steel, stainless steel, copper is 0-60mm; aluminum is 0-80mm; plastic, acrylic, foam is 0-200mm.
4. How we supply after-service?
Some countries we have after-service department, we will provide local service, if have no local service, we will arrange engineer for overseas installation and training. The installation and training time is generally 7-10 days. And we also can provide installation videos.
