Powder Coating Ovens are used for curing powder on metal substrates, such as aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, wheels, composite parts, bike frames and various metal geometric shapes. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.
The batch oven is much suitable for the factory, whose production output is not large. It's equipped with floor all inside and outside of the cabin.
The workers need to put the products on the trolley, then push the trolley into the oven. Finally start the heating of the oven, to get the finished products.

Specification of Powder Coating Oven:

Cabinet panel	Assembled insulation chamber. 100 mm thickness Rockwool panel; 120kg/m3. Outside is colorful steel, 0.476mm; inner surface is galvanized steel, 0.476m. High quality rock wool board, insulation and fireproof, easy to install. Two hinge doors, and door leaf is also made of 100mm thick rock wool panel, surrounded by 1.5mm galvanized sheet, and is firmly insulated.
Heating system	Stainless steel electric tubes. The heating tube is installed inside the curing furnace and is blocked by the opening baffle to ensure safety.
Circulation system	The heaters are installed to the bottom and two sides of the oven; ensure the temperature is uniform in the oven. With a high temperature stirring fan, ensure the oven temperature uniform. Fan power is 0.75kw, multi-wing galvanized steel impeller.
Guide Rail	One side equip ground rail used for workpiece entry and exit.
Optional	Transfer trolley
Control system	Microcomputer control, dual display digital temperature controller, hot air temperature and oven temperature are automatically controlled. Fan control, heating control, temperature control, indicator lights for various items, and emergency stop. Safety device, one set of explosion-proof relief valve, when the pressure inside the curing furnace increases, it will automatically open and discharge the excess air.

Cabin System: Rock wool sandwich panel, 100mm thick, density is 120kg/m3. Outside is 0.476mm thick colorful steel, inside is 0.426mm thick galvanized steel, anti-flame, and heat insulation.
Heating System (Electrical): 304 stainless steel heating element, 39kW in total.
The heating elements are installed to the bottom and two sides of the oven, ensure the temperature is uniform in the oven.
Control System: 1 unit, including oven temperature setting, holding time setting, oven indication, power switch, power indicator, working indicator, heating indicator.
Guide Rail: 1 set of steel rail for pushing the trolley in and out. 4 pcs of wheels and 2 pcs of beams for making the trolley.
