Material Metal Sheet Embossing Machine Embossing machine is used to press partten through the up and down roller.We will make the machine design according to your coil or metal sheet width, raw material, thickness and other require. Product parameter
Material (where applied to the figure): stainless steel/Carbon steel
• Harvesting before stamping sheet.
• Material sheet stamping: sheet 0.8-1.5mm/1.5-5.0mm
• Billet size (sheets): 1250 mm x 2500 mm.
• Sheet metal thickness (where it leaves an imprint): from 0.5 to 5.0 mm.
• Depth footprint (the depth of the picture after embossing): 50 microns = 1/20 mm = 0,05 mm.
• Speed stamping: not important (but not less than 3 metres per minute).
• Type of stamping: unilateral model rolling. (Figure applied only on the front side. Back ready sheet, remains smooth and clean.)
• Roller type: removable. (That we could change the picture.)
• In the proposal. Specify the cost of additional rollers.
