Feature
SAL518C CNC vertical lathe is designed with special hydraulic jigs and fifixtures for machining (160-225) national standard and non-standard motor cases. It greatly improves the processing effiffifficiency and reduces the labour intensity of workers. Moreover, it can realise the machining of the upper and lower plane of the motor casing, the stop, and the iron core in one cut (divided into rough and fifine turning). There is a great improvement on the precision and noise of the motor assembly in the later stage. The electrical components in the electrical cabinet adopt Schneider brand, and the special cooling air-conditioner for the electrical cabinet is used for cooling and dehumidifification, so that the machine tool has a safe, stable and reliable power control system.
