Product Feature Oyang 16- A330 full automatic square bottom paper bag machine is used for the production of a paper bag with a twisted and flat handle loop. Transmission of the handle made by handle making unit, cut, stick, pressed, and then pre-cut, glue, auto handle stick in empty or printed roll paper. Then the main machine will glue the paper with the handle loop to the edge, paper bag tube forming, cut off, indentation, bottom glue, bottom forming, and sealing, bag conveying. the whole process is completed simultaneously at one time. Real realization of full automation production, can effectively save labor costs.
The whole machine adopts the servo-electric control system imported from Japan, which ensures the whole machine can run quickly and stably and effectively reduces the time of paper bag size adjustment. The finished bags produced are of high accuracy, strong stability, simple maintenance, and efficient production, which is the ideal equipment for major printing plants and paper bag manufacturers.
Product Description Part 1 Paper material feeding and convey Unit
1. Roll feeding is equipped with an automatic lifting function, which is mainly convenient for changing roll paper during production, which can be easily completed by switch control.

• Feeding is equipped with hydraulic cylinder lifting control system
• Unwinding is equipped with automatic tension control system 2. Fully automatic stroke correction system, the system is mainly to ensure the flatness and stability of the feeding state of the roll paper. Part 2 Twisted Rope Handle Making Unit
The twisted rope handle is fed by two rolls of raw paper and paper rope, and the roll of raw paper and the wound round paper rope are glued with water glue and hot glue; then the pressing device is used to transport and press the hand pull sheet. Close; then cut the handle in half and send it to the sticking mechanism.

Part 3 Handle Convey and Pasting unit
Cut the delivered handle piece and then transfer it to the longitudinal push claw; the offset station will send the cut handle to the designated position of the bag mouth where the paper bag is to be produced; then give the handle and the paper bag a designated position. Water glue and glue, then press and fix the handle pasted on the paper bag and transfer it to the forming unit.
Part 4 Paper bag forming unit
The base paper with the handles pasted and the edge glue applied is made into a tube; the finished paper tube is hauled and transported to a single cutting according to the set requirements; then transferred to the big hub mechanism to open the four-corner bottom, and then the bottom glue is inserted and the bottom is inserted into the bag. The bottom becomes a square shape; then the bag is discharged from the conveying and pressing position.
Part 5 Finished bag collection unit The formed paper bags are pressed and conveyed out of the bag. The bag discharging device receives materials longitudinally, and the receiving device can automatically count the finished products according to the requirements when they are discharged from the bag.
