1) MAIN CYLINDER: The inner hole of the cylinder is finely ground, the cylinder lifting speed is adjustable, and the pressure control range is 0.3-0.8Mpa.
2) MIXING CHAMBER: W type jacketed structure,welded from high quality steel,and aging treatment,after finishing, the inner wall surface is plated with hard chrome and polished,chrome plating thickness 0.15mm,hardness HRC50.The cavity of the mixing chamber can be cooled by cooling water or heated by steam.There is a plug-in thermal resistance in middle section of the bottom of the chamber to be connected to electrical system to inspect and display the temperature.
3) PRESSURE LEAD: M-type jacketed structure, welded by high-quality steel plate, after aging treatment, polished hard chrome, coating thickness 0.15mm, hardness HRC50. The pressure is surrounded by a leak-proof strip, P4 (bakelite / phenolic resin) material. Cooling water cooling or steam heating can be passed into the jacket cavity to meet the mixing process requirements.
4) ROTOR SHAFT: Rotor shaft and rotor body and prism material are 42CrMo,a 5mm wear-resistant hard alloy is deposited on the rib top and other working surfaces,hardness HRC50,after processing and polishing, the whole plate is hard chrome plated and polished, and the thickness of the chrome layer is 0.15mm. The rotor shaft is hollow,a cavity with a hole leading to the blade,easy to force cooling or heating the rotor.The front and rear rotor shaft ends are sealed by a mosaic alloy ring and a static ring.Static ring alloy ring thickness 8mm, hardness HRC55,The copper ring is made of 10-1 material, embedded in a sealing ring filled with PTFE, and the adjustable spring-loaded end face self-lubricating sealing device has reliable sealing and long service life.
